Garrett McLearen
ATTORNEY
Raised and educated in Austin, Texas, Attorney Garrett J. McLearen was exposed to the unfairness of the legal system at a young age which would go on to shape his motivation to assist those individuals who were in need of someone to help educate and guide them through the complex and foreign system that is the current legal system. He went on to receive his law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2013 during which time he spent a summer internship working for the California Innocence Project and later the Thomas Jefferson School of Law Trademark clinic. In 2015, Garrett decided to relocate to Dallas, Texas where he has been since. He has had the opportunity to work for business litigation, personal injury, and complex litigation law firms. It was during this time that Garrett acquired the necessary knowledge, strategies, and experience in litigating a variety of different legal cases. Garrett has implemented this experience to assist numerous injured Texans.
Garrett McLearen is a seasoned attorney and complex litigation attorney who founded The McLearen Law Firm in 2023. Almost a decade of successfully helping his clients, Garrett continues to strive to help his clients in various areas of law to meet their different legal needs.
